Since taking on the role of Executive Director, he has overseen key decisions that continue to shape the group’s steady, sustainable growth. From guiding strategic investments to evaluating long-term market positioning, his focus remains on building commercial assets that deliver lasting value.

As a founding member of GT Group, Rita has been at the heart of the company since its earliest days. She played a pivotal role in shaping its direction and long-term strategy, guiding the business from a family-run operation into one of Malta’s most respected commercial property developers.

Her steady leadership and forward-thinking approach have helped GT Group navigate market shifts, economic cycles, and periods of growth with resilience and focus.

Today, Rita remains actively involved in the business, working alongside her son Antoine and a dedicated team to ensure GT Group continues to evolve while staying true to its values.

David brings a clear, strategic focus to GT Group’s operational structure. With a background in business operations and management, he plays a key role in overseeing execution across departments and ensuring every arm of the business runs with precision.

David’s background spans roles across both the United States and Europe, giving him a strong international perspective on operations and organisational efficiency. This global experience equips him to align GT Group’s processes with best practices and deliver consistent results.

As Director of Operations, David helps drive consistency, accountability, and operational efficiency, supporting the group’s ongoing growth and reputation for excellence.

With deep expertise in financial management and strategic planning, Kenneth is instrumental in ensuring that GT Group’s projects perform financially, structurally, and over time. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the group’s financial operations, investment strategy, and long-term fiscal planning, making sure every development is backed by rigorous analysis and sustainable growth.

Kenneth’s career spans senior leadership roles in both local and international firms. A certified accountant, Kenneth holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Malta, along with professional qualifications from the Malta Institute of Accountants and the BCS Chartered Institute for IT.

Kenneth is recognised for combining strategic insight with hands-on financial oversight, turning complex financial structures into clear pathways for success.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and project delivery, Judit plays a key role in shaping how GT Group operates day to day. She oversees the running of two major commercial assets and ensures that projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Her background spans large-scale residential and commercial developments across Budapest and Malta, giving her a strong command of both operational detail and strategic execution. She holds a diploma in Economics and Social Sciences from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (formerly Szent István University).

Judit is known for building strong processes, leading with precision, and turning vision into measurable value.

With over 30 years of experience in tax advisory, John is a respected figure in Malta’s business and financial landscape. He has advised private clients and government bodies on local and international tax matters, contributing directly to national frameworks such as the Malta Retirement Programme and the Global Residence Programme.

He holds leadership positions across the business community, including board roles with the Malta Business Bureau and the Malta Community Chest Fund. He also serves as Chairman of Yachting Malta and as a non-executive director on several companies.

John’s regulatory credibility is underscored by his approval from both the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission. His background includes senior roles in public, private, and EU-level institutions, along with leadership experience at KPMG.

With more than three decades of experience in accounting, audit, and regulatory advisory, Stephen brings deep technical expertise and leadership to GT Group. A former partner at Deloitte Malta, he held senior roles including Head of Audit, Financial Services Industry Leader, and Head of Risk and Regulatory Advisory.

He has led diverse audit and advisory engagements across public and private sectors, with particular depth in financial services and regulated entities. His insight into Malta’s financial landscape and regulatory frameworks makes him an invaluable asset to the board.

Stephen continues to provide strategic oversight and governance with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring the group’s operations remain robust, transparent, and aligned with best practices.
